Amaya, (betting software) will pay $4.9 billion in cash for RATIONAL
GROUP – owners of POKER STARS and FULL TILT POKER.
Rational Group – hq on Isle of Man -has 17,000 employees. Its two
web sites have 85 MILLION registered players – computers/MOBILE.
ARTHUR – This should clear the way for California to move forward
on online poker legislation – shifting PokerStars and Full Tilt – to an
“acceptable” status in California and other states – repairing DOJ actions.
